GRAPES
Mainly produced with Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and other varieties grown in our vineyards in the municipality of Fumane.
VINIFICATION
Hand harvesting of the grapes. Soft pressing, maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature.
TASTING NOTES
Intense ruby red colour with violet reflections. Vinous, delicate and fruity bouquet. Dry, harmonious flavour which recalls small red fruits.
GASTRONOMY
Classic red, ideal with pasta dishes, cold cuts, meats and soft cheeses.
