THE GRAPPAS OF THE EL PENDOLA CELLAR

The grappas of the El Pendola winery are the result of the distillation of the pomace coming from the pressing of the grapes with which we produce our Amarone della Valpolicella.

The origin and ageing allow us to give the particular organoleptic profile to our grappa, defined by the unmistakable, ethereal and full-bodied flavour, with hints of wood and a beautiful colour.

FROM VINACCE DI AMARONE

Distillate obtained from Amarone pomace from our vineyards in Valpolicella. Produced with batch-operated boilers powered by direct steam. The distillation takes place between March and April, after the drying and vinification process of the grapes.

ETHEREAL AND FULL-BODIED TASTE

Grappa with an ethereal and full-bodied flavour with hints of wood. Ageing for at least three years. ABV 45% vol.
